The North Hill Singers

We are a powwow youth drum group based in Pendleton, Oregon. Members of our group include drummers/singers who are enrolled members and/or descendants:

Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation
Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs
Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation
Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes
Colville Confederated Tribes
Celilo Indian Village
Nez Perce Tribe
Spokane Tribe of Indians
And various urban communities in the Pacific Northwest

Our singing style is generally Northern Contemporary but we also try to learn a variety of regional and older styles in an effort to help preserve the singing heritage of our peoples.
